Where is my order?

You can go to the order history page to view your order status. You’ll be able to see your successfully submitted orders there. If your order has been shipped, a link to the ‘Track Order’ will be available. From there you will be able to track the shipping status of your order.

My order hasn't arrived, what can I do?

You can view your order status on the order history page. Otherwise, please email Oasis@npn360.com  and a representative from npn360 will investigate it for you.

The order I received is not complete. What do I do?

If you ordered multiple items, it is likely that they were shipped separately. It will display if it was a partial ship after clicking on ‘View Order’ on the ‘Order History’ page. If you have any questions regarding a partial ship, please email Oasis@npn360.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Please email Oasis@npn360.com if you need additional assistance.

Can I change my order?

If your order has already been processed, it cannot be changed. Should you need additional assistance, contact npn360 via email Oasis@npn360.com

Can I change my shipping address?

We cannot edit the shipping address of an existing order. Please email Oasis@npn360.com   if you need additional assistance.

How do I reorder?

  1. Click Order History at the top right hand of your screen.
  2. The Order History page appears, displaying your previous orders. Find the order you would like to reorder and click Reorder Now.
  3. The entire order will be added to your cart. If you wish to order an individual item, simply delete the items you do not wish to order and they’ll be removed from your cart. Once complete, continue to checkout.

Shippping and Delivery

Our shipping fees are based on the weight and the packaging size of the items you’ve ordered. It is best to order in batches to reduce the quantity of packages being shipped.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 1pm CST will ship on the same day for inventory-specific items. OnDemand apparel items may take 8-12 business days to produce from the time the order is placed with transit time additional. This is also indicated on the product page for each customized item. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

The standard shipping is UPS ground shipped from the production facility. Please email Oasis@npn360.com before placing your order if you would like freight estimates for expedited delivery.


My Account


I forgot my password. What do I do?

There is a ‘I need to reset my password’ button on the login page. If you are still having issues logging into your profile, please reach out to npn360 via email Oasis@npn360.com.

Can I request a quote?

The pricing information is available on all product pages if pricing is applicable.


Item search


I cannot find the item I'm looking for. What do I do?

There are several ways you can search for an item.

  1. Search for item by keyword, you can search for a specific item by typing a keyword in the search field on the top right corner. For example, type in “shirt” and then click the search button and all related items will show up. If you know the item’s sku code, you can also enter that in the search field.
  2. Search for a product from the homepage by clicking on the arrow next to the category on the left side menu bar.
